Group Fitness Classes
Below is our group fitness class schedule for the month. Each month this schedule changes and we will listen to our members to try to change and add exciting and challenging classes. Each class is designed so that the beginner to the most advanced member can get a great and challenging workout. Our experienced instructors are skilled in making adjustments and modifications for each level of fitness..
The class that is listed the most on our schedule is our Spin/Total body class. These classes are 30 min of high intensity spinning on the bike followed by 30 min of floor exercises done in our group fitness area. It may seem like these are all the same classes but you could come to 4 Spin/Total body classes in one week and you will get 4 different classes. The instructors get with each other and they make sure that they design classes that are different each session and they don’t work the same body parts on consecutive days of the week. These classes are exciting and taught by highly skilled instructors. Please come by and try one of our great classes. If you are new to the area and looking to join our fitness center then the first class is on us. We also have drop in rates of $10/per class for those that are not members and looking for a change from their workout routine or just looking to try something new.
